Job Description & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Processing travel reimbursements and expense claim forms
• Carrying out PSP reconciliations
• Supporting the team with bank postings and reconciliations
• Handling the process of the creation of vendors and posting related invoices
• Assisting the team with the monthly closure process and making sure reporting deadlines are met
• Assisting the team with reconciliations and the reporting of cash management
• Ensuring meticulous organisation and filing of documentation and contracts
• Carrying out any ad hoc projects or tasks as required by management
Qualifications required
Applicants who are in possession of partial accounting qualification will be given preference.
Experience required
Applicants must:
• Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Be able to work on own initiative
• Be able to work well under pressure and use resources efficiently
• Have excellent communication skills in English
