Job Description & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
• Prepare Management Accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to clients on their financial performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement financial strategies and solutions tailored to their specific needs and objectives
• Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close processes for client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Resolve complex accounting issues and technical challenges, leveraging your expertise and knowledge to provide effective solutions
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster their professional growth and development
Qualifications required
Applicants must be fully qualified Accountants or be in the final stages of completing the ACCA qualification.
Experience required
Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
The ideal candidate must:
• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite especially Microsoft Excel
• Have strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Have excellent communication skills in English
• Be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Be highly proficient in preparing and delivering accurate management accounts
