Meet Your Instructor

Ron Monteiro is a Certified Public Accountant and has extensive experience working as a Finance and business leader mainly in the CPG Industry. He worked for Kraft Foods, Campbell’s, Kruger Products and other leading organizations and now runs his own practice (KICT Inc.) He is a passionate speaker, manager, mentor, teacher, podcast host and coach who shares his experience and insights with high performing individuals and organizations.

Paul Barnhurst is a Finance Professional with 12+ years of finance and FP&A experience, including business unit CFO roles. Paul has a strong background in financial planning, financial modelling, report building, and business partnering. He is known for his deep understanding of the FP&A software planning space and has recently published an FP&A software market guide. Paul runs his own business providing training services, is a content creator, and hosts some of the most popular FP&A Podcasts. Paul also provides consulting services for small and mid-sized companies.
