Job Description & Responsibilities
Our Finance team is growing, and we are looking for an Accountant to join us on our journey!
The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with reporting standards and internal procedures. Key duties include controlling accounts and accurately allocating costs, managing month-end and year-end closing activities, supporting tax reporting, and handling intercompany invoicing. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, assisting in the preparation of annual and management accounts, and supporting audit processes.
Responsibilities include:
• Control of accounts, ensuring costs are splitted accurately
• Preparing, examining accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
• Carrying out month-end and year-end activities
• Preparing invoicing between group companies
• Providing tax reports support
• Communicating with internal stakeholders
• Assisting the senior accountant in the preparation of annual reports/management accounts and in audit procedures
• Ensuring that intercompany and supplier agreements are in place where necessary
• Identifying caps in efficiency and transparency and make recommendations to improve processes, workflows with respect to the finance department

Qualifications required
Applicants must be in possession of a Degree in finance or be in the final stages of ACCA.
Experience required
Applicants must have previous working experience in a professional environment. Previous experience in iGaming will be considered a plus.
The ideal candidate must:
• Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Have good knowledge of accounting procedures and principles
• Have experience with Microsoft Excel
• Have strong communication skills
• Be attentive to detail, accuracy and correctness and have the ability to prioritize tasks based on the urgency
• Be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Have excellent time management skills
• Be able to adapt and adjust in a fast-paced environment
