Job Description & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be reporting to the Tax Manager and will be responsible, amongst other things, for the following:
• Assisting with client tax computations and filling in of statutory forms
• Being conversant with tax legislation
• Liaising with the tax authorities on tax matters
• Providing book-keeping services for private clients and small business undertakings
• Ensuring that all deadlines are met

Qualifications required
Applicants must as a minimum have an A’ level in accounts.
Experience required
Applicants must have at least two years of experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate must:
• Have strong knowledge of accounts
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with Sage is preferred
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be fluent written and spoken Maltese and English (essential for this client-facing role)
• Be a motivated individual with a willingness to learn
• Be a strong team player with a “can-do” attitude
• Demonstrate high levels of maturity and professionalism
