Job Description & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support the Financial Controller and will be responsible for:
• Performing day to day book keeping tasks
• Posting transactions
• Carrying out daily reconciliations of sales and cash
• Reviewing all void receipts
• Performing analysis of product costs
• Carrying out stock takes and prepare inventory
• Supporting other members of the finance team across HR, payroll, cost controls and shipping
Qualifications required
Applicants must have good knowledge of accounts.
Experience required
Applicants must have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar role.
The ideal candidate must:
• Be a team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Have strong time management, organisation and admin skills
• Be able to consistently maintain positive vendor and employee relationships
