Job Description & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will provide assistance in financial reporting, management and control activities.
Responsibilities include:
• Compiling management accounts and variance analysis
• Assisting in the preparation of the Group’s consolidated accounts
• Assisting in the annual budgeting process
• Compiling VAT returns
• Assisting in the Group’s treasury function
• Preparing ad hoc reports as and when required
• Working in line with policies and procedures
• Fostering relationships with other departments regarding financial matters
• Preparing appropriate documentation to support internal and external auditors
• Assisting in the implementation of recommendations arising from internal and statutory audits
• Keeping abreast with financial management and reporting best practices

Qualifications required
Applicants must be in possession of a University degree in Accounting / ACCA.
Experience required
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years working experience.
The ideal candidate must:
• Be well versed with MS Office, in particular Excel, Word and Power Point
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and English
• Be able to deliver accurate and timely information consistently
• Demonstrate integrity and uphold a professional approach
• Be able to work independently and collaboratively
