Job Description & Responsibilities
Sunspot Tours (Malta) Ltd is seeking to recruit a Part Time Accounts Clerk to join their team. The Company is flexible as to working days and hours.
Responsibilities include:
• Maintaining the general ledger
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
• Preparing debtors & creditors reconciliations
• Preparing VAT returns & other statutory periodic returns
• Liaising with overseas operators including invoicing & debt collection
Qualifications required
Applicants must as a minimum have an A' level in accounts or a Diploma in Accounting.
Experience required
Applicants must have 2 years experience.
The ideal candidate must:
• Have good communication and organisational skills
• Have very good knowledge of Sage accounting software and Microsoft applications
• Be attentive to detail and able to work on own initiative, whilst also being able to prioritise work load to meet deadlines
