Job Description & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
• Post invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare accounting reconciliations as necessary
• Prepare bank payments, bank queries and similar matters
• File documentation in an orderly manner
• Prepare reports and assist in the analysis of accounts as required
• Liaise courteously with customers, clients, suppliers, creditors, and other stakeholders as necessary
• Carry out other general accounting duties as may be required
• Process data as may be required
Qualifications required
Applicants must as a minimum have an O' level in Accounts.
Experience required
The ideal candidate must:
• Be computer literate and proficient in the use of Excel, Word and Power Point
• Be ready to work flexibly in a team
• Possess excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally
• Have a proactive attitude
