Job Description & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Processing invoices in the accounting system
• Preparing and processing payments to suppliers
• Posting bank entries
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
• Reconciling suppliers’ statements
• Liaising with project managers
• Liaising with auditors
• Assisting financial controllers with reports and other month-end tasks
• Assisting with inter-company reconciliations
• Assisting with any other office and administration duties as may be required
• Filing of documentation
Qualifications required
Applicants must have an A’ level pass in Accounting.
Experience required
Applicants must have a minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting role.
The ideal candidate must:
• Be able to work in a team, with colleagues both locally and overseas
• Be able to work independently and prioritize workload effectively
• Be attentive to detail and problem-solving oriented
• Be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have knowledge of MS Office excel
