Job Description & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for processing day to day accounting entries and assisting the Accounts Executive with any tasks, both day-to-day and during month end, as necessary.
Responsibilities include:
• Processing invoices in the accounting system
• Preparing and processing payments to suppliers
• Liaising with vendors and preparing vendor reconciliations
• Tackling emails which come through the inbox as necessary
• Inputting bank entries
• Assisting with month end related tasks, such as reconciliations
• Filing documents
Qualifications required
Applicants must have a very good knowledge in Accounts. On the job training will be provided.
Experience required
The ideal candidate must:
• Be able to co-operate with colleagues from various departments
• Be able to work independently
• Have good communication skills
• Have knowledge of MS Office software
