Job Description & Responsibilities
The Company is looking to recruit a Senior Accounts Clerk to join their in-house finance team on full-time basis.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
• General accounting duties, including posting of transactions, processing of invoices, and reconciliations
• Preparing and running monthly payroll
• Assisting with HR and administrative tasks where required
• Maintaining the company’s stock system
• Assisting the shops with day-to-day matters
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts
The ideal candidate must:
• Have knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Be competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Be organised and methodical in all work performed
• Be a team player
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be attentive to detail and able to multi-task
• Be proficient in spoken and written English
Qualifications required
Applicants must be currently in the initial stages of ACCA or equivalent qualification.
Experience required
Applicants must have 1-3 years experience.
