Job Description & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Carrying out general accounting duties, including posting of transactions, processing of invoices, payments and reconciliations
• Preparing and running monthly payroll
• Maintaining the company’s stock system
• Assisting the shops with day-to-day matters
• Performing other general office duties
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts
Qualifications required
Applicants must be partly ACCA qualified.
Experience required
Applicants must have intermediate experience (1-3 years) or higher.
The ideal candidate must:
• Have knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Be competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Be organised and methodical in all work performed
• Be a team player
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be attentive to detail and able to multi-task
• Be proficient in spoken and written English
