Job Description & Responsibilities
Radix is currently looking for the right candidate to join its growing team as Accounts Junior in the Business Outsourcing department. The department is mainly involved in bookkeeping, management accounting, payroll outsourcing and VAT compliance.
Duties shall include, but are not limited to:
• Handling a portfolio of bookkeeping clients
• Recording financial transactions
• Performing periodical reconciliations
• Assisting with VAT returns and other reporting
• Ensuring that deadlines are adhered to
• Assisting management and senior colleagues
The selected candidate will form part of a young and dynamic team and will be provided with the necessary training upon joining. Qualifications required
Applicants must have a minimum A’ Level standard in Accountancy and be currently reading for a professional Accountancy qualification, or interested to do so.
Experience required
Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
The ideal candidate must:
• Be able to use MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese
• Be able to work within a team but also on own initiative
• Be proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
