Job Description & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the selected candidate will be mainly required to provide the most efficient, reliable and timely service in support to the smooth running of the department.
Responsibilities include:
• Post any stock adjustments and journals to appropriate ledgers
• Carry out accounts receivables reconciliations
• Carry out bank reconciliations and other nominal reconciliations
• Handle the petty cash
• Cash in client payments
• Liaise with the logistics department to carry out weekly cycle counts
• Carry out truck reconciliations

Qualifications required
Applicants must have at least an O’ level qualification in accounts.
Experience required
Previous experience would be considered an asset.
