With the continued growth of our business, we have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Support Officer to join our team. This key position will involve in assisting the Finance Executive in managing and overseeing a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities include:
• Carrying out accounting entries and postings
• Assisting in the preparation of payroll and employment requirements
• Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns
• Carrying out bank/debtors/creditors and other accounting reconciliations
• Filing corporate documents
• Reporting to the Finance Executives and other members of the Management team
• Carrying out any other related duties as may be required

Qualifications required
Applicants must have an O' level or A' level qualification in Accounting.
Experience required
Applicants must:
• Be able to fluently communicate and write in both English and Maltese languages
• Be an excellent team player with the ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines to ensure that the organizational goals are met
• Be able to complete assigned tasks efficiently and within stipulated time frames
• Be proficient in the use of computer applications including MS Word and MS Excel
