Job Description & Responsibilities
A boutique professional services firm specializing in accountancy and audits, based in Naxxar, is currently seeking an Auditor to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to work with clients from diverse industries and further develop their career.
Salary: Up to €30K-€35K
Role and Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain strong relationships within a diverse client portfolio
• Plan and execute audit assignments for various clients
• Identify audit risks and recommend process improvements
• Review and prepare financial statements ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAPSME
Qualifications required
Applicants must be ACCA qualified or be in possession of an equivalent qualification.
Experience required
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate must:
• Have previous experience with client accounting in Malta
• Have strong knowledge of IFRS and GAPSME
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Have strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Have excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
