Job Description & Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Clerk with experience in Sage Line 50 and Excel to manage financial records, process invoices, and support the finance team.
Key responsibilities:
• Enter financial data accurately into Sage Line 50 and Excel
• Process invoices, payments and receipts
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Maintain and update financial records
• Assist with preparing reports and audits
• Handle payroll tasks
• Handle basic administrative tasks
Qualifications required
An Accounting/Finance qualification is preferred but not essential.
Experience required
Applicants must have 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
In addition, the ideal candidate must:
• Have experience using Sage Line 50 and be proficient in Excel
• Have strong numerical and organizational skills
• Be attentive to detail and accurate
• Have good communication skills
