We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing team as a Credit Control Administrator in the Finance Department. The selected applicant would have the opportunity to form an integral part of a well-established organisation. You will work with a team of caring professionals who truly value teamwork.
You will report to the Credit Control Manager and your main duties will include:
• Chasing overdue debts via telephone, e-mail or in writing by sending statements and reminder letters where necessary
• Resolving incoming customers’ queries relating to unsettled payments and as the need arises
• Posting payments in the system
• Dealing with any internal queries regarding the payments from customers
• Keeping service information confidential
• Carrying out any other duties as may be necessary from time to time
Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
Qualifications required
Applicants must:
• Be fluent in both English and Maltese.
• Be conversant in the use of Microsoft Office
• Be organised with a high attention to detail
• Have the right attitude, be able to work within a team and liaise with other departments
