Job Description & Responsibilities
PTL Limited is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the Company.
Based in Malta and reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Manager will prepare the Company’s monthly management accounts, financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.
The role involves the management of the month-end process and year-end closing, reviewing bank reconciliations and other balance sheet items, as well as monitoring the sales ledger, purchase ledger and stock control. Additionally, the candidate will manage the external audit process, compile VAT returns and perform other duties as required, ensuring compliance with group accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications required
Applicants must be fully qualified accountants.
Experience required
Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, the ability to multi-task, a can-do attitude and proven leadership skills are also essential to the role.
