Job Description & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Head Office Finance Department.
The selected candidate will be responsible for various duties within the accounting function, including the ongoing maintenance of accounting records, the processing of invoices and payments, preparation of periodical financial reporting for review by the executives and/or management and other related duties.
Qualifications required
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of A’ level pass in Accounting or similar.
Experience required
The ideal candidate must:
• Have previous experience in a similar role, especially in the issuing of invoices, chasing debtors and recording of amounts received
• Possess excellent organisational skills
• Be conversant with IT applications. Working knowledge of Sage accounting software will be considered an asset
• Be capable to work in a team to meet corporate deadlines and objectives
• Be proactive in fulfilling his/her duties and demonstrate initiative in understanding, executing and improving the current procedures
