Job Description & Responsibilities
We are looking for an ambitious Office Administrator to provide us with general office management and secretarial work.
The selected candidate will be part of a young innovative team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for our clients’ finances.
Responsibilities include:
• Greet and service office visitors
• Maintain office phone calls and generic email correspondence in a timely and polite manner
• Manage office stationery, grocery, and similar requirements
• Ensure the office premises is up to standard
• Handle office mail
• Coordinate with office IT personnel, housekeeper, and other servicing personnel
• Maintain office petty cash
• Organize meetings and office scheduling services
• Service personal assistance services to company personnel
• Process invoices and reimbursements including acquiring approvals and processing payments
• Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services including management of contracts and price negotiations
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary on administrative duties
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Maintain company general email addresses
• Assist in administrative spreadsheet reconciliations including timesheets, cost sheets and other items
Qualifications required
Applicants must have a Diploma or A-Level standard of education.
Experience required
A minimum experience of 1 year in a similar role will be considered as an asset.

• Have excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Be deadline-oriented
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have strong organizational skills
