Job Description & Responsibilities
We are looking for an ambitious Finance Administrator to provide support to the accounting department by managing daily accounting tasks for our clients.
You will be part of a young innovative team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for our clients’ finances.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in excel and google spreadsheets, be able to work comfortably with different software and be attentive to detail.
Responsibilities include:
• Extracting data from client platforms for invoicing purposes
• Maintaining an updated set of financial reports
• Updating company details on various client platforms as required
• Tracking incoming and outgoing funds and debt collection
• Communicating with accounting managers through various platforms
• Issuing and distributing revenue invoices based on data extracted and client requests
• Filing of documentation in hard-copy files
• Assisting the accounting team as might be required
• Ensuring efficient client services and provide support to administration staff
Qualifications required
Previous experience in a similar role is not required but will be considered as an asset.
Experience required
The ideal candidate must:
• Be attentive to detail
• Be able to communicate both in English and Maltese
• Have excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Be deadline-oriented
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have strong organizational skills
