Job Description & Responsibilities
The successful candidate chosen will form part of a dynamic team that handles a predominantly international clientele operating across a wide range of industries as well as the firm’s private clients. The role is therefore ideal for someone who wishes to broaden their experience and take on a challenge.
Responsibilities include:
• Organising and prioritising the issuing of invoices
• Processing and liaising with clients in connection to invoice-related queries
• Efficiently maintaining customer ledgers
• Assisting with any other office and accounting duties may be required
• Keeping abreast of all legal updates
• Ensuring that deadlines are met
• Providing quality service to clients

Qualifications required
Applicants must as a minimum have an advanced level of education in Accountancy.
Experience required
Applicants must:
• Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Be able to communicate confidently and effectively in both Maltese and English
• Be able to work well as part of a team
