Job Description & Responsibilities
The firm is seeking to recruit highly motivated lawyers or other professionals, with a keen interest in corporate taxation and/or indirect taxation, to join the firm’s Tax team within its Tax & Immigration Law Department.
Our team of specialised lawyers provides personalised, results driven advice to the organisation’s largely international clientele. Our Tax team is composed of tax professionals with expertise in other fields besides taxation, covering areas such as corporate and commercial law, financial services, civil law, trusts and foundations, amongst others, thus allowing our specialists to provide comprehensive and holistic advice with respect to particular assignments.
Our firm’s Tax team is regularly ranked as the leading tax law practice in Malta, with over 30 years’ worth of experience in advising clients on all matters tax related, covering direct and indirect taxation. Briefs cover structuring of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate re-organisations; structuring of personal wealth, involving arrangements such as trusts, foundations and companies, amongst others. The firm’s team is also active in advising clients in relation to ongoing developments in international tax rules.
The firm’s tax lawyers also support clients in relation to potential tax disputes involving the local Revenue.

Qualifications required
Applicants need not have experience in a similar post but any such experience will be considered an asset as we are interested in recruiting both junior and more senior tax professionals with our team.
