Job Description & Responsibilities
The Company is currently looking to hire a Senior Accountant & Corporate Support Executive.
The selected candidate will form part of the Accounting & Corporate Support department and will be responsible for:
• Assisting a portfolio of local and foreign clients in the maintenance of accounting records, including posting of accounting transactions up to Trial Balance stage
• Performing various accounting tasks including reconciliations relating to banks, creditors, debtors, payroll, VAT and other similar accounts
• Preparing and assisting in the preparation of management accounts and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Providing assistance in corporate tax computations and tax compliance
• Providing assistance in general corporate support work
Qualifications required
Applicants must be in possession of a University Degree in Accounting or ACCA or be in the final stages of attaining an Accounting Qualification.
Experience required
Applicants must have 3 years experience.
