Job Description & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
• Recommend and communicate the sales targets across all sales channels
• Monitor and communicate campaign and sales performance across channels
• See through the commission calculation and execution of payments across sales channels
• Monitor and analyze commission data to identify trends and discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide financial insights and support for decision-making related to sales performance and incentives
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales managers and finance team members
Qualifications required
Candidates pursuing the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) program or any other Finance qualification will be given preferential consideration.
Experience required
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years finance experience.
The ideal candidate must:
• Have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools
• Ideally have experience in financial operations, particularly in the calculation and management of sales commissions
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be curious, demanding, and able to dig into the details
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and embrace change
• Be organised with a methodical approach to both daily tasks and project work
