Job Description & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
• Carry out spot checks upon receiving and posting invoices
• Review, investigate and explain cost budget variances on a monthly basis
• Analyse the monthly cost of goods and identify opportunities for improvement
• Analyse the monthly wastages and consumables cost to address any cost overruns on a timely basis
• Perform stock-take and spot checks in various outlets
• Carry out analysis of stock variances from physical inventory cycle counts and stock-takes
• Close the consumption report on a monthly basis
• Drive process improvements to reach goals and KPI’s
Qualifications required
Applicants must have an A' level in Accounts.
Experience required
Applicants must:
• Have experience in a similar role
• Have strong attention to detail, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving
• Have good organisational, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
