Job Description & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Organising and maintaining filing systems
• Performing bookkeeping and data entry
• Preparing bank reconciliations
• Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns
• Supporting in the payroll processes
• Handling credit control
• Undertaking other ad-hoc tasks which will contribute to the smooth day-to-day functioning of our accounting operations

Qualifications required
Applicants must have an A' level in Accounts.
Experience required
Applicants must:
• Have a fundamental understanding of basic accounting principles
• Be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Xero. A basic understanding of Xero is considered advantageous for this position
• Be proficient in spoken Maltese and/or English
• Be computer literate
• Have an exceptional attitude to learn
