Job Description & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
• Together with the CFO, prepare monthly Management Accounts for 10 companies, including preparing schedules for prepayments and accruals
• Perform month-end checks & postings to assist in Management Accounts closing such as: depreciation/amortisation, closing inventories, rebates, bank reconciliation check, debtors & creditor reports, FSS & Payroll check, inter-companies reconciliation, revenue check, wastages/consumables/refreshments postings, and loyalty points
• Prepare and submit VAT Returns every quarter as required for several companies within the group
• Assist the CFO in the preparation of cash flow reports
• Assist top management in preparing yearly budget reports
• Prepare & upload weekly supplier payments through SEPA Module and liaise with payments clerks
• Monitor several bank accounts to ensure smooth financial operations
• Carry out any other tasks required from time to time by the employer
Qualifications required
Applicants must be in the early stages of ACCA.
Experience required
Applicants must have previous experience in a similar position.
