Job Description & Responsibilities
The group is experiencing significant growth, and as a result a Treasury & Finance Executive position is currently available. The Treasury & Finance Executive will form part of the Finance Team, and will work together with the team members to meet the Group’s payments, cash flow and financial reporting requirements.
The main responsibilities include:
• Be in charge of the payment run review and processing
• Prepare reconciliations of bank incoming and outgoing payments
• Review bank charges, and seek opportunities to negotiate costs
• Prepare provision of statements and information to the finance teams, to ensure up to date accounting for all companies
• Prepare cash flow reports, forecasts and related analysis
• Liaise with and handle finance queries from banks, internal teams, professional advisors and third parties, as required
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes, controls and documentation
• Manage relationships with banks, including opening new accounts, KYC procedures and address finance queries, as required
• Manage loans and third party financing activities, including records of related agreements, review/prepare interest workings, and timely settlements
• Participate in assigned internal projects
• Carry out any other duties for the smooth running of the department
Qualifications required
Applicants must be in possession of a University degree in Accounting / Banking / Finance or the ACCA qualification.
Experience required
Applicants must have 3 years' previous experience in a similar role. Local experience with a listed entity would be an asset.

• Be proficient at interpreting and communicating technical accounting issues
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and IT tools
• Be self-motivated and flexible with a can-do attitude, willing to learn and capable of working under pressure and independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment
