Job Description & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable
• Perform regular bank reconciliations
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Allocate payments and maintain accurate ledger entries
• Use the Malta Customs Portal for submissions and related processes
• Monitor stock movements and maintain stock control records
• Manage daily accounting entries and support monthly closing procedure
• Carry out general administrative tasks to support the finance office

Qualifications required
Applicants must have an A' level qualification in Accounts.
Experience required
Applicants must as a minimum have 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting role.
The ideal candidate must:
• Be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Have solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices
• Have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Be able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
