ENTER THE GAME 🎮
As a PSP Reconciliation Analyst, you will join the Payment Service Providers Reconciliation team, reporting to the PSP Reconciliation Manager, whose role is to ensure that all external payment solution provider transactions are duly and timely reconciled with the internal back office.
The role also requires an investigative nature to help determine problems which have caused reconciliation mismatches and a solid understanding of accounting practices to ensure they are handled appropriately. This position calls for a self-motivated person who can take initiative and adapt easily and positively to changes. This role represents a stimulating and rewarding challenge in a fast-moving and growing international organisation.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN US🔥
In this role, your main missions will be:
- Running daily reconciliation via the Reconciliation Tool and other matching tools used by the company
- Downloading information from PSPs and bank back offices
- Running match routine via Reconciliation Tool or any other matching reconciliation tool used by the company
- Working closely with the Fraud/Payments teams in order to track reconciling items and resolve them
- Adjusting BackOffice with missing identified unreconciled transactions
- Assisting in providing statistics for analysis of payment methods and PSP charges
- Providing reports on a daily base to superiors
- Hitting key deadlines for finance in relation to provision of mismatches/losses and provider fees
- Involvement the reconciliation procedure manual and contributing to the improvement of payments related internal procedures
- Any other duty that may be required to achieve the PSPs reconciliation function and Finance objectives

- Have successful professional experience in Payment Providers and Wallet knowledge.
- Possess a strong understanding of Basic Double Entry, and you thrive in a challenging work environment.
- Have strong command of Microsoft Office.
- Have strong knowledge of Reconciliation Mechanisms.
- And finally, you speak English fluently.
Experience required
- Successful professional experience in Payment Providers and Wallet knowledge.
