Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Manager / Interim CFO to lead and implement a full scale structural, financial, and operational optimisation across our group of companies. This is a critical leadership role designed for a hands-on, strategic thinker with exceptional execution ability. The successful candidate will work directly with the Founder and Executive Team to assess and improve business systems, financial health, and overall organisational efficiency.
The selected candidate will be responsible to assist on all logistical tasks within AMFE which include but are not limited to:
Business Structure & Systems
• Review and redesign the current corporate and operational structure to support growth, scalability, and risk mitigation
• Implement streamlined internal systems and reporting processes to ensure clarity and efficiency across all departments
Financial Compliance & Clean-Up
• Conduct a full audit and clean-up of company accounts and financial records
• Lead the submission and resolution of any outstanding statutory filings or financial submissions
Tax & Company Optimisation
• Identify and implement tax optimisation strategies across entities and jurisdictions
• Restructure or consolidate companies, where necessary, to maximise operational and fiscal efficiency
Debt & Risk Management
• Assess and manage company debt positions
• Develop and execute a sustainable debt management plan
Investment & Wealth Planning
• Develop a forward-looking investment strategy aligned with long-term business goals
• Advise on wealth structuring for shareholders and key executives
Compliance & Efficiency
• Ensure full legal, tax, and financial compliance in all relevant jurisdictions
• Introduce best-in-class governance and reporting practices
Qualifications required
Applicants must be in possession of a Degree in Accounting (University degree in Accounting / ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification).
Experience required
Applicants must have proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or Senior Business Manager in a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment.
The ideal candidate must:
• Have strong knowledge of international tax structures, financial compliance, and corporate governance
• Demonstrate success in business transformation, financial turnaround, and systems implementation
• Be comfortable working with complexity, ambiguity, and high-growth entrepreneurial businesses
• Be an excellent communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and external advisors
