Job Description & Responsibilities
The Finance Manager will be a pivotal member at Endevio. This role encompasses the preparation of financial statements, management of tax reporting and payments, and oversight of daily financial operations.
The Finance Manager will thrive in a dynamic, cross-jurisdictional environment, ensuring compliance and spearheading enhancements in financial processes.
Key responsibilities:
• Preparing management accounts, financial statements and VAT returns in relation to the internal companies of the Group
• Reporting tax and processing payments
• Managing bookkeeping and posting transactions
• Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and cashflow statements
• Ensuring financial data is inputted into the relevant systems on an ongoing basis
• Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations within the finance team
• Managing risks and compliance matters in relation to the regulatory obligations of the internal companies within the Group
• Identifying opportunities for financial process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Conducting market and competitor analysis to inform financial strategies and business decisions
• Monitoring and analysing operating costs to increase profitability
• Preparing departmental standard operating procedures and ensuring that these are followed and maintained
• Carrying out any other ancillary duties which the Finance Manager may be asked to perform
Qualifications required
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in finance. An MBA or professional certification (like CFA, CPA) is advantageous.
Experience required
Applicants must have a minimum of three years experience as a Finance Manager.
In addition, the ideal candidate must:
