Job Description & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely postings of transactions
• Prepare bank reconciliations and other ad hoc reconciliations as requested by Head of Finance
• Manage accounts payables and receivables
• Assist in VAT returns and compliance requirements
• Support in the preparation of management accounts and closing offs
• Assist in adhoc reporting required
• Compile and analyze sales reports for postings
Qualifications required
Applicants must be currently pursuing the ACCA qualification or equivalent.
Experience required
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years' experience.
The ideal candidate must:
• Have good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (Proficiency in XERO will be a plus)
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be able to work independently and meet deadlines
