Job Description & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Processing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Maintaining and updating general ledger accounts
• Performing bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Supporting the month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Providing assistance in the preparation of management reports
• Assisting the Accounts team in preparing financial statements
• Collaborating with tax and audit teams to provide financial information and support in relation to the assigned clients
• Staying updated with accounting regulations to ensure compliance
Qualifications required
Applicants must, at a minimum, be at the entry level of ACCA.
Experience required
The ideal candidate must:
• Be proficient in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be able to work independently and meet deadlines
Good to have:
• Prior experience as an intern or in an entry-level accounting role
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with local accounting standards and regulations
