Job Description & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
• Bookkeeping, including posting of accounting entries and maintaining the clients’ general ledger
• Preparing bank and cash reconciliations
• Preparing Balance Sheet, supplier and customer accounts reconciliations
• Preparing periodical reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns
• Liaising with auditors and ensuring smooth and timely completion of the audit
• Issuing purchase orders and liaise with suppliers
• Attend monthly meetings with the Directors of the company
• Ensuring that deadlines and targets are being adhered to
• Perform other related duties as may be required
Qualifications required
Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor's Degree or be ACCA part qualified.
Experience required
Applicants must have 2 years experience in accounting.
