Premier Capital is seeking to recruit a Finance Executive to support the finance team in maintaining accounting records, organizing transactions and assisting with general accounting duties.
Based in Malta and reporting to the Director of Finance, the Finance Executive will ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards, while contributing to the efficient operation of the finance department through effective communication and attention to detail.
The Finance Executive will be responsible for processing invoices in a timely manner, maintaining data accuracy and assisting with financial reporting and reconciliations. Additionally, the selected candidate will support the audit, budget and cash flow management processes while liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries.
Qualifications required
Applicants must be reading for an accountancy qualification, demonstrate an ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience required
The role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and supportive approach. Additional language skills will be considered an asset.
