Job Description & Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions
• Producing sales invoices in line with partner agreements
• Reviewing and managing accounts receivable
• Processing and management of accounts payable
• Handling capitalisations, prepayments and accruals
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts through journal entries and inter-company recharges
• Handling cash management and routine bank reconciliations
• Maintaining accounting records up to trial balance stage
• Liaising with internal parties, technical suppliers and service providers
• Liaising with auditors during annual financial audits
• Handling general office management
• Organisation of internal company events and managing external events requirements
• Carrying out other related finance and administrative duties
Qualifications required
Applicants must be in possession of an A'level in Accounts or AAT and be in the process of completing their ACCA or accounting degree.
Experience required
Applicants must have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
